Prenoviciate: Once the aspirant is accepted to the Postulancy, he starts living in the community and starts his studies. This stage may last for one to two years. The postulants will alternate their academic studies with human formation, educational practices and apostolate.
Novitiate: It’s a year long formation stage. The Novices will be spared from further academic responsibilities so that they may focus on the study of the Constitutions, history and organization of our Congregation, some documents of the Church, biblical studies, devote more time to their psycho-spiritual formation, prayer, and the study of languages.
Juniorate: The profession of vows marks the entrance to the juniorate. Philosophical and Theological Studies become one of the essential concerns in the juniorate. It may last for four years. Pastoral activities and community life have another set up to favor involvement in parish activities and other educational experiences among children and youth coming from the low income families.
